The CAMH Sunrise Challenge happens May 25-29, 2026.
Join us every morning at Sunrise for a special event, and join our team Rise Together and raise funds for CAMH.
Descriptions below for each day, click through to read about what we'll be doing!

WEDNESDAY
Labyrinth Walk
Join us for Day 3 of the CAMH Sunrise Challenge. We'll meet at the Waterfront Trail path at Ontario Shores and then gather at the stone labyrinth. Walk the labyrinth to spend time in silent meditation, leave your concerns, and find peace at the centre.
MONDAY
Community Circle
Join us for Day 1 of the CAMH Sunrise Challenge. We'll meet at Rotary Sunrise Park for a time of community gathering, intention setting, journey sharing and a guided meditation.
TUESDAY
Sunrise Dance
Join us for Day 2 of the CAMH Sunrise Challenge. We'll meet at Heydenshore Park Pavilion and walk down to the beach to greet the sunrise with dance! Move joyfully, freely and without limits. Music, Flags, Ribbons will be provided.
THURSDAY
Mindful Movement
Join us for Day 4 of the CAMH Sunrise Challenge. We'll meet at the Lynde Shores Cranberry Marsh trail head on Halls road. Walk down to the marsh lookout to watch the sun rise, spend time quietly forest bathing along the path and let the peacefulness of this conservation area seep in. *PLEASE NOTE* while the other event locations are pet friendly, Lynde Shores Conservation area is a pet-free zone in order to protect the wellbeing of it's natural wildlife. Thank you*
FRIDAY
Growing Hope
Join us for Day 5 of the CAMH Sunrise Challenge. We'll meet at Heber Downs Conservation area North Entrance (south of Hwy 7, where the dog park is) to create a visible sign of hope to share with friends, neighbours and strangers.
